Mission and objectives

The Observatory mission is to provide reliable information on the labour market which should facilitate decision making on the development of the Małopolska Region.

To fulfill its mission, the Observatory:

• supports decision-making processes through monitoring socio-economic changes and trends in the regional labour market
• develops solutions for research on the labour and education market through devising research methods and techniques
• improves existing solutions in the area of cooperation, as well as exchanging and disseminating information.
